What was your previous (or current other) career, training or background?
I have a degree in international business and have done various mindfulness based trainings like yoga, pilates, meditation, breathwork and energy work.
What change are you seeking to create through this initiative?
Slow wellness is an unfolding of your most authentic Self. It uses intention, rituals, and mindfulness to help you better understand who you are and who you are becoming. It invites you to move the pace of your humanity and prioritize things like rest, healthy relationships, and your mental well-being.
What does the concept of ‘the greater good’ mean to you?
It’s the reason why I’m here. I think that it would be a waste of this opportunity I call life, to centre myself and my experiences without consideration of how I am connected to everything else around me. That connectedness is ‘the greater good’.
