What was your previous (or current other) career, training or background?

I have been an entrepreneur setting up various ventures in the entertainment industry and in the digital space. I’ve also spent about 8 years in consulting with Accenture and McKinsey.

What change are you seeking to create through this initiative?

We are driven to make a positive difference to the people and world around us, which is why we develop and support global leaders across all sectors to unlock their full creative leadership potential.

We aspire to achieve a critical mass of creative leaders who are equipped by THNK with new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting to create a better world. We currently define this better world by progress on the UN SDGs.

What does the concept of ‘the greater good’ mean to you?

This is all about finding a worthy cause; something that is bigger than you. The greater good is the good for all species on spaceship Earth and beyond, now and in times to come.
